Here are the answers to some of the questions you might have.

General Questions

  • What do I need to use your themes?

    In order to be able to use our themes, you need 3 basic things:

    1. A domain name. We recommend registering it with Name.com.
    2. A hosting plan with PHP version 5.6 or greater and MySQL version 5.6 or greater.
    3. The free WordPress software, which can be downloaded here: http://wordpress.org

    Not sure if our themes will work with your hosting plan, or need help with setting up your domain and hosting account? Contact us.

  • Can I use your themes on WordPress.com?

    Not at the moment. Sites hosted at WordPress.com cannot upload custom themes, so you will have to use the free, self-hosted, open-source WordPress software from http://wordpress.org.

  • Can you install my purchased theme for me?

    Sure, we can install the theme on your domain. Please use the Contact us page for instructions on how to continue with this.

  • Can I use your themes on more than one domain?

    Yes, you are allowed to use our themes on any domains that you own, as long as the themes are not being re-sold as-is.

  • Can I remove the link to HermesThemes.com from the footer?

    Yes, you are allowed to remove our credit link from the footer of the purchased theme. You can disable it directly from our Theme Options page, no code edit required.

  • Can I accept online reservations on my website?

    Our themes comes with a Booking Form page template that acts as a contact form.
    For a more complex reservations & payments solution, we have this list of providers that are easy to integrate into WordPress.

 

Support

  • How do you provide support?

    Quick, efficient support is provided in our Support Forums, via email and via Live Chat on our website.
    We will not provide any theme-related support via Twitter or Facebook.

  • What is the Support Schedule?

    Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 18:00 (GMT+1). During this time, support queries will be answered in 2-6 hours (usually much quicker).
    On weekends it may take a bit longer to receive a response.

 

Payments, Renewals, Refunds

  • How can I pay for the theme?

    We accept payments via PayPal and 2CheckOut (2CO) for all major credit cards. We do not accept payments via Western Union, wire, cash or other means.

  • How long will I receive support and theme updates?

    Each purchased theme includes one year of guaranteed support and theme updates.

  • What happens after my subscription expires?

    Once your active subscription with us expires, our system will automatically suspend your access to the downloadable theme files (on our server).
    You will not be able to access our support forum, download the theme or theme updates.
    However, you will be able to keep using the theme on your website for as long as you please.
    We do not disable or delete the copy of the theme that you have installed on your own website(s).

    After your subscription expires, you can choose to renew it at any time, which is optional.

  • Can I get a refund?

    We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to 30 days after the purchase was made. Please consult our Refund Policy for more information.
